Exchange & Refund

Products can be exchanged or refunded within 5 days from the delivery date.

Items must be:

  • In original condition.
  • Unused and unwashed.
  • With tags/labels and invoice attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed products.
  • Damaged items due to misuse.
  • Sale or discounted items, unless the item is defective or the wrong order was sent.

Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees in cases of personal exchange or refund requests.
  • If the item is defective or the wrong order was sent, we will cover all shipping costs.
